We offer free economy international shipping on orders over $300.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Order Tracking

Shipping Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order is returned due to incorrect information, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Fiamma & Ferro is not liable for lost or stolen items.
If needed, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
Split Shipments
