30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Must include all original packaging, components, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase is required

Return Shipping (U.S. Orders)

We offer free return shipping for eligible returns within the United States.

If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label along with instructions.


Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Items are missing parts, accessories, or original packaging
  • Damage is caused by improper use, cleaning, or handling
  • The return request is made after 30 days of delivery

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide clear photos or video evidence

We will, at our discretion:

  • Provide a replacement, or
  • Issue a full refund

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after approval

Partial Refunds

Items returned in a condition that does not fully meet our return standards may be eligible for a partial refund, or the return may be declined.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped.

Once shipped, the return policy applies.


Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as:

  • Final sale
  • Clearance
  • Consumables (e.g., coffee beans)

These items are not eligible for return or refund.


Return Inspection & Approval

All returns are inspected upon receipt before a refund is approved.

Chargebacks & Abuse Protection

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns that do not comply with this policy
  • Investigate and dispute fraudulent claims or chargebacks
