2-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty

Your stovetop espresso maker is covered for 2 years from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

A valid proof of purchase is required.

This warranty applies to products purchased through:

  • Fiamma & Ferro website
  • Amazon (Official Store)
  • TikTok Shop
  • Authorized retailers

What’s Covered

We will repair, replace, or provide an appropriate solution for products with confirmed manufacturing defects, including defects affecting:

  • Stainless steel chambers
  • Structural integrity of welded or assembled components
  • Copper PVD coating adhesion or finish defects under normal use (excluding normal wear, fading, scratching, or cosmetic change over time)
  • Stainless steel handle and knob assembly
  • Internal stainless steel components
  • Safety relief valve functionality

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or conditions outside intended use, including:

  • Normal wear parts such as gasket, filter plate, and funnel
  • Cosmetic changes from regular use, including discoloration, heat marks, fading, or surface scratches
  • Overheating, including heating the pot empty or using excessive flame
  • Mineral buildup or limescale from water
  • Dishwasher or harsh detergent damage
  • Drops, impacts, dents, or other physical damage
  • Burnt bases, flame damage, or melted components
  • Use of non-original or incompatible parts
  • Commercial or high-volume use
  • Failure to follow product care or usage instructions

Important Usage Guidance

For optimal performance and longevity:

  • Use medium to low heat only
  • Do not heat the unit empty
  • Clean regularly to prevent buildup
  • Replace gasket periodically as part of normal maintenance

Warranty Claim Process

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video showing the defect

Our team may provide troubleshooting steps before confirming warranty eligibility.


Resolution

If a defect is confirmed, Fiamma & Ferro will, at its discretion:

  • Replace the defective component
  • Replace the product
  • Provide another appropriate solution

Limitations

This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Fiamma & Ferro is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use.
